Maxea Group is an investment company which currently acquires manufacturing and precision engineering business.
Our policy is to keep the legacy, the culture and the name of each individual company we acquire, and retain all the staff. We do not asset strip businesses but build on the foundation the previous business owners have created. While continuing the legacy of each company, we will bring new vision, growth, profitability and great care for the employees.

Currently we are looking to acquire businesses, which:
- Have an annual turnover of above £2m.
- Have been established for 5+ years.
- Have made profit in the last financial year.
- Are mostly run by a management staff.
